Join our lively 95 yr old Mom's team of caregivers! She currently has wonderful day and night caregivers. This position is for a weekly relief caregiver and the hours are Sat 8 p.m. to Mon 8 p.m. It is a 48 hr shift so you would be staying at the house overnight for 2 nights. Mom lived fully independently until pneumonia put her in the hospital last spring. She is still quite independent but needs assistance with tasks such as meds reminder, bathing, bathroom hygiene, and exercising. The caregivers also do her meal prep, light housework/laundry and provide transportation for errands such as grocery shopping, library visits and doctor appointments. Mom is outgoing and loves to chat. She is very well educated, reads the newspaper daily, reads several books per week and does crossword puzzles. She has age related cognitive decline.
