We are seeking a compassionate, reliable overnight caregiver to support a mentally sharp 97-year-old man in his home. Hours - 4 or 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. flexible start Not every night, building a rotation of trusted caregivers Responsibilities - Assist with mobility, especially overnight trips to the restroom Monitor for safety and provide calm overnight presence Light evening/early morning support meals, hygiene, conversation Ideal Fit - Patient, attentive, experienced in elder care Willing to stay alert throughout the night as needed Someone who values compassion and dignity in caregiving Pay is flexible for experience. This is a meaningful role for someone who wants to support a man deeply loved by his family.
