About who needs care: Both hips and knees replaced. Has been able to walk with cane, but currently uses walker. General weakness, some dementia. Retired school teacher (music), Would need supervision walking, toileting; assistance to get into shower, some bathing assistance. About the care needs: Friendly, doesn't talk down to her, respectful and polite, understands people with varying stages of dementia. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
