About who needs care: Patient has recently broke his femur, was released from Rehab. Patient also has dementia. I'm needing assistance with someone to sit with him while I run errands, ADLs and Mobility. Feeding and basic needs. About the care needs: Patient is a Vietnam Vet who likes to share stories. He like TV, Shows, Price is Right. Due to dementia, memories games will be a good task. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
