This is for my mom, she is 86. My dad is currently in the hospital and will likely need to go to rehab once discharged from the hospital for a period of time, so my mom is in need of weekday assistance during the day when other family help is unable to be there. She is in a relatively good mental state, however from a physical perspective she does need to use assistance when walking (she uses a walker independently). She does not drive, but does have a car available. She doesn't cook (i. e. home cooked meals), but she is capable of getting food from the fridge, pantry, etc. She was heavily involved in art projects (calligraphy in particular) for all of her adult life - I would consider that one of her most keen interests - even if she doesn't partake in her own art anymore.
