About who needs care: neuropathy and muscle atrophy some memory issues perform basic hygiene bath shower when need get him dressed help him with his exercise and change bed linens when needed go to Dr appts to help me I will drive and take them need assist to help him in and out of car etc He is in a wheelchair but he is taking P/T and if he does exercise he will be able to walk need help in getting to do his P/T About the care needs: out going personality have patience Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
