About who needs care: Patient has Parkinsons and a a very weak right leg so requires substantial lifting and moving for bathroom needs. About the care needs: Patient is often sleepy from medications and mostly watches game shows on tv. She is intelligent and alert when the meds dont make her too sleepy and has a great sense of humor. When she is alert she is pleasant and fun to talk with. She is not able to manage physical hobbies because of Parkinsons so it is mostly conversation in addition to feeding breakfast, lunch and managing bathroom needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
