About who needs care: Post-liver transplant patient. Is cognizant, should be self-sustaining but just needs supervision after getting discharged from hospital/rehab center. Family intends to provide majority of supervision, but for varying circumstances may need a fill-in caregiver to supervise and perform menial tasks. Anticipated timeframe is December 19- January 31 About the care needs: Caregivers with post-rehab experience a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
