About who needs care: Uses O2 as needed, recently hospitalized for vertigo and is now in a rehab facility and is very weak and reconditioned and needs help with getting up and getting to bathroom, cooking, etc. will have PT with home health care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
