Strong but kind able to set boundaries while still being caring and patient. Someone with a sense of humor who doesn't take things personally. Calm under pressure, able to navigate challenges without getting flustered. Are there any specialized skills they need? Experience with senior care, especially with patients who resist care or have a history of being strong-willed. Basic knowledge of nutrition and hydration support. Familiarity with monitoring symptoms related to cancer and general elder care. CPR and first aid certification preferred. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
