I need senior care provider with experience. Transport individual(self) to surgery center 1. 5 miles from home. Wait in lobby @3 hrs. Because I will still be somewhat sedated, will need assistance from lobby, back to vehicle and back to home. Help getting from vehicle in to house. Stay with me @ 2 more hrs until sedation where's off. End of task.
