About who needs care: -In Briefs -Not able to go to toilet or shower -Sometimes able to feed themselves -Use of hoyer lift to get up -Advanced dementia -Need assistance with waking, bathing, changing in morning and at night for bed About the care needs: -soft speaking but competent -needs to know how to transfer with max assist -needs to take special attention to care of private areas for cleanliness and to prevent sores -needs to know how to use hospital bed, hoyer life, walker, lifting belt to assist Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
