About who needs care: Has had vascular dementia for 10+ years Recently fell out of wheelchair and cracked a vertebrae in her neck.... 2 months in rehab facility with very limited results.... can not sit up on her own. Cant get from bed to wheel chair without assistance.. I take care of her for the entire 10 +years. She is progressing to end of life stage although she has not yet been diagnosed. She needs someone once a day to attend to her changing and clean her up maybe help change clothes but nothing more than that. About an hour per day should be enough.
