About who needs care: She still has her mind. She broke her hip, replaced in October 2023. Since then, wheelchair dependent. Some physical therapy done, but not sufficient. She will exercise with direct instructions. She likes outdoors and whatever activities she can do. She is on the heavy side, due to little activity. She is deadweight when lifting or moving. No leg strength, but still has hand and arm strength. About the care needs: Of course nice, appears like they truly care, and not just doing their job, and earning a paycheck. Smile, no faking. Can laugh, and not be a Debbie downer. Get along with not just my mom, but other family members in the house. Be genuine. They need patience, understanding, and strength. My mom loves music, basketball, wrestling, reality shows on TV (Survivor, Big Brother, Amazing Race, The Challenge, Deal or No Deal). She also enjoys Gymnastics and Ice Skating, on TV. Sleep time for her is between 11-9. Thanks. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
