About who needs care: Has dementia. Uses a walker now after hospital stay is getting physical therapy, wear's depends, uses bathroom alone with oversight, feeds self, eats well. Ideal day - After breakfast, sits on balcony, lunch, watch TV then somedays we go pick up grandkids from school, take to afterschool activities. Go see one of the plays our granddaughter is in. About the care needs: Robert has always been an intelligent modest man so I will not use terms like dirty or diaper I say he needs fresh clothes, to put the grey pants ( depends) on. I would like someone to go with us to our granddaughters plays so if needed they can walk him to the bathroom during the play. Now that he wears depends he does request going to the bathroom less often. I want someone to stay with him when I go to other plays, bookclubs or doctor appointments. Services needed include: companionship.
