We need hands-on care to take care of our father in Boynton Beach. He is in a wheelchair and needs help doing home physical therapy exercises five times a day. Also may need help with meal prep, errands and transportation to outpatient PT and doctor's visits. He is alert and oriented, able to dress himself and feed himself. May need help getting in and out of the shower but he can bathe himself. History of multiple falls at home. He lives alone. We do request that you have your own transportation and are CPR certified. Must be able to perform physical tasks. Serious inquiries only
