About the care needs: Immediate opportunity for the perfect CNA or HHA to provide overnight, at home, assistance to a clear-minded, mid-70s mother and grandmother, undergoing chemotherapy. This is a contract position, but the ideal candidate could be considered for permanent placement. Candidates must have credentialing as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide. Candidates must be compassionate and must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Candidates must speak clearly and articulately. Exceptional communications skills are required. Services needed include: monitoring; meal preparation; ensuring medication, nutrition, and fluid intake; and minimal assistance with walking, bathing, or dressing.
