Night Time Care For My Wife Parkinsons/dementia

I need hands on care for my wife, for nights while I am away traveling on a variable schedule. Daytime care handled by established team. Night time care generally involves bathroom visits, putting to bed, getting up, some meds. Patient has Parkinsons and dementia, and is a falling risk. Paid in-home training is necessary, schedule is variable but sometimes for a week at a time, we will always have advance notice/scheduling of need.
