About who needs care: Dates are flexible. Looking for 2 days/week, several hours each day afternoon or evening. My mom has COPD and is on Oxygen (3L), so here activity level at home is modest. She likes talking/socializing. The help I'm looking for is occasional meal prep to ensure she is eating well. About the care needs: My mom has some insecurities and feels like nobody listens to her or takes her seriously because she's an old lady, so I would say patience and good listener would be the best personality. A sense of humor will also resonate well. My mom spends a lot of time watching TV and playing on her computer. She has a small white cat and has an interest in the birds that come to her bird feeders.
