About who needs care: Walks with cane, limited mobility, needs help to clean apartment and bath himself but 100% with it mentally. Enjoys music, watching tv, retired psychologist About the care needs: Patiently able to handle my fathers needs. About 240 pounds pounds. Good conversationalist Able to assist him in and out of shower. He has a shower seat, bathing and cleaning are neglected and he uses dry shampoo and dry bathing items. I worry about hygiene issues. Needs hair washed and monitoring in and out of shower so he doesnt fall. Currently He doesnt feel an actual real shower is necessary and that these dry products are sufficient. But in order to spend time with his family he needs to consider cleaning ones self is mandatory. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
