About who needs care: Mother recently fell and broke leg, looking to transfer back home from rehabilitation facility. Limited mobility as she gets back to walking. About the care needs: A Pleasant person. minimal medical skills. Would be more care giving. Bathing, helping dress, laundry, cooking (small meals), companionship, Errands like picking up medications, food shopping, etc. Would be great if they could help with in-home Physical Therapy Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
