Hands-on Care Needed For My Father

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father he is currently 79. He has Parkinson's and is wheelchair bound. He lives with my mother and caring for him is too much for her. He needs help with bathing/dressing/toileting and companionship. We also need medication prompting for my mother. Shadowing prior to start is required. Only accepting caregivers with at least 10 years experience, is punctual meaning will be on time and has transportation. Lastly, we would need you to be a floater meaning flexible to cover a shift of one of the other caregivers if needed. The days we are looking to fill is Saturday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is every other weekend. For example if you start on 9/21 your next shift will not be until October 5th.
