About who needs care: Looking for a transportation person who would be at appts with him. May be once a week or twice a week depending in how appts are set up. Mom can't lift or help him to car she's 84 & not very strong. About the care needs: Has walker. But may have to be helped to wheelchair to car if he needs wheelchair dementia but has kidney disease & lymphoma. Services needed include: transportation.
