About who needs care: My mom requires a wheel chair to move about in the house. She requires oxygen at times to breathe comfortably. My Dad, 87, is her primary caregiver and he needs help so he can take care of himself, run errands, and get some sleep. He needs help preparing meals, giving my mom medicine, bathing my mother, and being around to take her to the bathroom. My Mom also needs someone to talk to and interact with. She needs companionship. About the care needs: Someone who has patience to deal with a person that feels the world has wronged her and is conversational - can start a conversation and is a good listener. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
