Seeking Limited Time Senior Care For Repeat Doctor Appointments

My wife and I are looking for someone to sit with her father (Lynn) and provide companionship while he receives multiple treatments at a local eye doctor and to also help relay information from the doctor's office to us and/or the assisted living. The first day (2/24) will be all day with a follow up the next day (2/25) at 1:30 p.m. Then once a week on Monday or Tuesday through 4/1 at 11:30 a.m. Each appointment is 2-3 hours. Lynn lives in assisted living and we will try to arrange transportation but transportation may be needed at times. Lynn has Parkinson's and has developed aggressive dementia. He is in a wheelchair but can currently transfer on his own. We may need help with other appointments or for companionship at assisted living in the future.
