Seeking Senior Care Provider In Lewes

My grandfather Bob is 89 with mild dementia and not safe to be alone. We are looking to add caregivers to our current staff of caregivers. Care includes giving him medication, preparing meals, light housekeeping/cleaning and taking him to/from Dr appts, assist with ADL/showering/toileting and companionship as he enjoys socializing and getting out of the house for lunch or ice cream or simply watching boats at the Lewes ramp as he loves fishing and is a Navy vet. Family lives in PA and visits often but unable to be there for care 24/7. We schedule our caregivers as follows: 8a-8p and 8p-8a M-F and splits shifts on weekends for daytime and a full 8p-8a for evening. We try our best to rotate weekends and give our caregivers a set schedule. We are looking to add to our regular staff to have more options for coverage for days off/call offs.
