Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One

About who needs care: Most of his time is spent in bed watching sports, movies. He is in a wheelchair.. We are looking for 3pm-8 p.m. care. Helping get him into the shower 3-4X weekly. Getting him up out of the bed for a few hours. He does not need help once in the shower. Getting dinner includes occasional cooking or picking up or delivery from local restaurants. He does smoke but can stop while caregiver is there if needed. About the care needs: A guy would be great as far as helping transfer. Otherwise we are flexible. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
