Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: My mother had multiple Segrues. Has a very hard time moving around. Needs constant reminders to take her meds also needs help grooming herself. Needs assistance with going to the store for her personal necessities and food shopping. She has a hard time remembering and often repeats herself and forgets . Her past time hobby is knitting blankets and hats for a peace of mind. Out of me my brother and my sister I'm the only one who takes care of her. They don't reside in the state me and my mother dose. I'm all she got . Wondering if it would be possible to be compensated because I cant really work my job. I'm losing hours to take care of her and my 3 kids as well. About the care needs: She does not feel comfortable with anyone else taking care of her. She always proffered me. Shes very isolated unless I'm around. To be honest I can't blame her for that. I wouldn't want some random person I don't know taking care of me. No disrespect intended. She is 70 years old. She is set in her ways. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
