Senior Care For 105 Year Old Woman

Looking for someone to come and sit with my great grandmother who just turned 105 years old. She needs meal assistance, just fixing breakfast, lunch and dinner - but is able to feed herself. She is continent, and uses a walker. Her eye sight is not the best and she is a fall risk which is why we're unable to leave her home unattended for long periods of time. She lives with her daughter, my grandmother, and my grandmother is in need of some time to herself throughout the week. We don't have a set schedule as we're just trying to find someone available, but that can be discussed in the future. There is a dog, her name is Bella, she's an old baby.
