Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Washington

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Washington. Some light tidying up is involved. (ie. vacuum, dusting, sweeping, dishes) Seeking someone to handle light meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Mother may need slight assistance with some medication( eyedrops, cream needed for hands).
