About who needs care: He has reduced physical capacity and is on a gastric feeding. He is mentally competent, a retired tech executive but unable to drive, run errands, or do his laundry. His days are scheduled by his medical appointment, timed feedings and physical therapy. About the care needs: We want someone who is an independent thinker, flexible. Our schedule varies so I would provide the dates needed. It won't be typical 9-5 but would align with days I am traveling. My schedule is outlined a month in advance as I speak and serve on boards with international and domestic travel. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
