Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Washington

About who needs care: I am a church member, they both are the parents of an old classmate who resides in Florida. I asked permission to look after them; it was granted. My parents are deceased, I have the moral responsibility to look after them. The husband is suffering from more pronounced symptoms of dementia than the wife, they reside in Ward 7 of Washington D. C. The wife is solely caring for him after conversing with her on yesterday, it's obvious that they need assistance more than what my wife and I can provide; we are in or 60s; myself 68, my wife 63. About the care needs: Compassion and patience. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
