Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Washington

About who needs care: He has very limited mobility; he uses a walker but has trouble getting in and out of bed. He spends almost 24 a day in bed. We need help assisting him to the bathroom, bathing him, changing his clothes, preparing and serving meals. We are handling it all on our own, but my husband and I both work full time. About the care needs: Someone patient and kind. He gets crabby sometimes, and really doesn't want someone to talk to or share conversation with. He really just needs help with the basic personal needs. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
