Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Washington

About who needs care: 95-year-old lady with poor eyesight and dementia. Needs help with morning shower and dressing when she wakes up. Also needs help with meals and taking meds. Carer is responsible for cleaning patient's bedroom and bathroom. Rest of the time carer will have the role of companion. About the care needs: Mature, cheerful and polite. Needs to be physically capable of assisting patient to move from one position to another even though patient uses a walker. As the patient has dementia the caregiver needs to be patient too. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
