Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Washington

About who needs care: Mom has limited mobility in her arms and upper body owing to a spinal cord injury. She can move around without a cane or walker but does occasionally need help with balance. She likes to read, do crossword puzzles, and watch the news. She also likes spending time with her husband, who is retired and at home as well. She is an artist and painter. An ideal day would let her sleep until 9 or so; then she'd get dressed and have coffee and breakfast; go to any PT or doctor's appts; read the newspaper or talk on the phone with friends; lunch at some point; any additional outings; have dinner with her husband and hang out with him/watch TV until bedtime. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
