Hands-on Care Needed For Mom

We are looking for a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 90s. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Help is needed with bathing, meal preparation, but most importantly we need a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
