About who needs care: She has adult onset hydrocephalus. Mood swings and mental swings due to brain deteriotation. Mostly pleasant, somewhat of a pessimist, forgets things, and can get moody. She is limited. Goes to ot and pt twice a week. She will tell you what you want to hear, but not always truthful. People have taken advantage of her mentally and financially.
