Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In South Windsor

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. She just got home from being in a rehab facility and has limited mobility due to a knee issue that she can't get surgery on due to having to go to radiation starting next week. She had brain surgery to remove a tumor . She is alert and can answer questions but has some shakiness. She can eat and drink by herself but needs assistance when getting dressed , getting food , bathroom
