Seeking a caregiver who has own transportation who is able to assist my Mom at her Independent Living apartment in Rocky Hill. Duties include medication reminders, driving Mom to/from doctors and errands, laundry assistance, light kitchen and bed cleaning). (The facility cleans her apartment). You must be willing to complete the application and background check on Care. com and affiliated with the CT Homecare Program, in which your regular pay would be issued by GT Independence for $18. 50 an hour. Restrictions: - No visitors or pets with you - Must have own transportation (we provide a $50 gas card) - Must have experience with Alheimers/Dementia (Mom has a starting diagnosis but is still very on top of it) - Polish speaking is a plus (the other caregiver speaks Polish also)
