Companion Care Needed For My Husband In Preston

Seeking companion care near Preston for my husband in his 80s with moderate Alzheimer's. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. He is very pleasant and likes to spend time outdoors. He can dress himself, but needs reminders for weather appropriate clothing. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing simple meals. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.) Initially, I need help taking him to Physical Therapy at Hospital, 2-3 times per week for a couple of months; then continuing as needed for my schedule. Would eventually like to build up to an overnight stay if possible . Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets ( we have a medium size dog that would need to go out for ).
