About who needs care: I have a brother who had a stroke. His wife can't do all the chores now. He needs to get bathed, maybe take him out of the apartment. Just do something with him to get him off the chair and TV. Some physical activity. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
