About who needs care: Jenn had a mini-stroke on 9/11/24, spent two nights in the hospital and returned home on 9/13; she endured a serious cat bite to the R hand (which suffered with the mini-stroke) and by the following morning it was badly swollen. After a trip to urgent care on 9/14, she was prescribed amoxycillin and after taking it for nearly 4 days, her cardiologist's nurse put her back in the hospital for IV antibiotics. She has been taken off the amoxycillin and give Ceftin - the hand is still swollen and unusable. She needs someone to assist with morning and evening personal hygiene activities such as bathroom, shower and general cleanup and dressing. She has someone who spends the midday hours with her. About the care needs: She should be female; she should be able to assist with Mum's bathroom needs and assist with dressing and helping shower every other or every third day; she should enjoy cats; she should be able to deal with mild chaos; and have an interest in animal rights and conservation issues. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
