Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Norwalk

About who needs care: He has onset of dementia and also some mobility issues (though we have an in-home PT come in 2x per week to work with my father). He is supposed to use a walker but does resist and is also supposed to wear his hearing aids. He does have occasional issues with incontinence. Hobbies/interests have been sports: golf, tennis, swimming. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, caring and can help with bathing, light housekeeping, provide companionship and do some meal preparation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
