Seeking companion care near New Haven for my daughter. She has intellectual disabilities but is largely independent. We would prefer someone who is active, energetic, and likes to engage. We're looking for some help preparing meals and light household tasks but mostly, helping navigate social engagements with other members of her community. We're looking for someone to provide companionship with a good heart and who wants to have fun - our daughter is a happy person who does not need help with bathing, dressing, or other basic functions. Focus is on social engagement and 'friendship'. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
