Companion Care Needed For My Mother In New Canaan

About who needs care: Petite (89 pounds) Vietnamese lady who is highly functioning, drives and does everything but has fixed delusions, often afraid about 'the man upstairs.' She manages her own meds and likes to shop in the AM, tend to her flowers, and meditates/prays daily, in morning. She lives in her own one bedroom condo, just a couple miles from me, her daughter and son-in-law. She has heart condition, diabetes, and is under medical care for these. About the care needs: Easy-going, calm, caring and helpful person to check on her and let her know all is ok. To listen and calm her down, esp in evening. Linda loves to shop for flowers, tend to her orchids, shop at Asian markets and eat at her favorite restaurants. She does not like to be away from her condo long. But she does go out almost daily in the morning, on short shopping runs for flowers and food. Loves exotic fruit, Asian groceries. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
