We are in need of a part time caregiver to add to the current care in place for a 71-year-old woman with history of multiple falls and fractures ( including recent hip fracture) and diagnosis of progressing dementia . Care responsibilities include assistance with mobility / balance in the home as mom is a big fall risk, assistance with dressing and toileting as needed, support with medication reminders( pill boxes will be pre filled ) , support with nutrition which typically includes some nutritional snacks throughout the day and 1 meal at night as she continues to cope with nausea and vertigo symptoms. Parking is available within the gated community. The home is also Within walking distance of the milford CT train station No pets living in the home.
