Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Middletown

About who needs care: The Father has mobility issues, multiple falls, currently unable to get to the restroom and cannot change or bath himself, on pain medication to manage fractured spine... has refused PT and recommended overnight observation with last ER visit. The Mother is legally blind as of a year or so ago, she is lucid and mobile, likes to attend local church services. We've observed her anxiety levels increasing with Father's declining health. About the care needs: The father was a hunter and fisherman, retired from AT&T... he still owns many canoes that he used to fish and hunt. Before this last fall and subsequent injury he enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and garage sales. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
