Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Greenwich

About who needs care: my mom has congestive heart failure, uses a walker, incontinence and wears depends. She needs help washing herself, toileting (she needs help taking down pants and depends, she wipes her front but would need help with #2 wiping and redressing), and cooking with mild laundry. My dad cannot do much and work is making me go into the office more often. Also need help when I go on business trips for the entire week. Hours would be from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. About the care needs: Friendly, patient Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
