Hands-on Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My daughter is in her 30's and suffers from chronic pain. She is able to care for herself but needs assistance with the items noted. Additionally, she requires hands on care to address low back pain.
