Hands-on Care Needed For Couple In Essex Friday - Sunday

We are looking for a hands-on care provider experience for my parents in their early 90s on most weekends (Friday-Sunday), but we have flexibility. The job comprises mostly companion care, but we seek someone with a medical background who may be able to help my mother with a chronic medical condition. She has a rectal prolapse and sometimes may need help managing the condition (reducing the prolapse). Otherwise, the work is all companion care. My parents are cognitively sound and can bathe/dress themselves. We would be looking for driving/errands support, simple meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping. They do have a pet (cat). They do not smoke and we are looking to work with a nonsmoker. Thank you! :)
